Our History
The Floyd family ancestors originates from the early 1600s’s at the village of Kelsall, Cheshire where family members still rest at St. Phillips Church. From farmers to later on ship-owners, the family has had roots with Singapore, Hong Kong and Yokohama, Japan.
From owning sailing-ships during the latter half of the nineteenth century, to ship-management, dry-bulk ship-owning and property management at the end of the twentieth century, land and sea has defined its history.
Today, our business’s span residential and commercial property, shipowning and fund management.
